BREAKING NEWS -- We have confirmed that Delegate Tom Rust will be our special guest this Saturday! Please join us, in full uniform, as we have a few other surprise guests tentatively joining us!
Also -- urgent! Please contact Priscilla Martinez to let her know in which part of the program your unit would like to participate: presenting the flags, leading a song, reciting opening Qur'an, performing a skit, awarding badges/medals/etc -- anything you'd like! Just be sure to contact her so that we schedule you in, please!

Join us for an evening of Scouting traditions, skits, songs, summertime awards, & Islamic awards!

New this year!!

ADAMS Cub Scouts Pack 1576 will be collecting brand-new toys for the children whose families are supported by Muslimat Al-Nisaa, a Muslim womens homeless shelter that also provides health and educational services for uninsured women and their children. We are asking that every Scout attending the iftar to please bring brand-new toys, in gift bags only (not wrapped), so that we can collect them and deliver them for distribution to the children in time for Eid al-Fitr. Your gifts will go a long way toward brightening Eid al-Fitr and making it the special day it should be for a child who would otherwise go without! This is truly a wonderful opportunity for our young Muslim Scouts to witness sadaqah (giving) and shukr (thankfulness to Allah). JazakAllahu Khairun!

We will also have a few tables set up for any displays you'd like to set up to tell us all about your unit's activities. (Please contact Priscilla Martinez to sign up to be on the program or to request a display space.)
Plus – We will have iftar & dinner with fellow ADAMS Scouting famillies! We will conclude in time to clean up (volunteers needed!) and so that those families who would like to head to ADAMS for Taraweeah will have plenty of time, in sha' Allah.

For the potluck, please bring enough for 10-15 people using the assignments below.
Please bring your assigned foods ONLY! Thanks for your cooperation!
Please bring your own prayer rug to for salat al-maghrib.

Questions? Please contact Priscilla Martinez .
